A new look at Faith Folk Cafe'

Hi everyone, Pam here...I started goofing around trying to lighten the look up and then I went so far that I could not get back to where I started...does that make any sense??? Have you been there, done that? So, instead of lighter I've got grey and black, which I guess will make all the work look good, or, maybe I'm not done yet. Myste is up to her eyeballs in a new site so I don't want to bother her and not sure what Jane is up too. So, I'll just keep messing around, praising God for this site and hoping it looks great in the end.
p.s. I have over 800 little squares that my greeting card company needs me to hand paint and then fill in with pen. Pray for my hands...thanks!
p.s.s. I've changed the music's order to random. Tell me if you like it or hate it. I'll listen :D

The changes are lovely. Do take care of your hand and massage often; you don't need the trouble that comes with repetitive motion.

whoops...short memory!
We have "bandwidth issues" so can't hear the music...sorry.

Faith Folk looks great!
I was just thinking the other day how I never post anything here...i would even understand if you removed me from the sidebar!

800 little cards to do huh? How about a block print??

Hi Jane..not 800 little cards, almost 900 squares in pen & ink for 1 card. It will be the background on the greeting card box and maybe some for the card too. All by hand, and now done, just have to do a few more watercolor washes and bingo
I was thinking about Faith Folk along the same lines, I know you are busy. If you don't mind, I'll take you off, but please drop by LOTS!!!!
Hugs, Pam

Pam--love the new layout of your blog. I know how it is to change your layout...that's what we did too at watermantimes5. I love it! Keep up the great job that you are doing. I will also keep you in my prayers for your hands. Our daughter got an opportunity to meet Shawn Johnson at gymnastics camp--check out our blog about that. I also love that music that it comes up random too...but that is just my opinion. Happy blessings to you and your family.

Thanks Donna. Summer is so hectic, but I'm going to be stopping by your site. How exciting for your daughter.
Blessings,
Pam

i LOVE the colors in this!! the background is lovely.

for artists, you might do this painting in yet another drug of choice:
patterned paper
(that's mine:)
glitter (that would be my first choice)

see what i mean. i would buy glitter:) and i'm an artist.
i think it would be really popular.
i'll blog about it if you do it. just let me know:)

love you, jan

I love the music either way. On Random I get to hear some selections that I hadn't heard before. I am so glad you have music, some have discontinued theirs. Music is so inspiring to the heart. I pray for God to bless your hands and your art!

Blessings!
